CommandEleven is an independent geopolitical intelligence and risk assessment organization. We provide strategic foresight through the synthesis of ground-truth HUMINT and advanced technical analytics. Our mandate is to equip decision-makers with the clarity required to operate within high-threat, asymmetric environments.
NEUTRALITY //
Removal of Western/Regional bias to provide raw tactical truth.
AGILITY //
Accelerating the OODA loop for immediate decision support.
DEPTH //
Leveraging deep-cover networks across 7 conflict-affected nations.
THE OPERATIONAL INTELLIGENCE NETWORK //
THE WHERE WITH THE HOW //
OPERATIONAL DOCTRINE // THE INTELLIGENCE LIFECYCLE
COLLECTION //
Data is harvested directly from established field nodes within the CommandEleven Theater of Operations. We prioritize ground-truth HUMINT to bypass the latency and bias of secondary reporting.
SYNTHESIS //
Raw intelligence is processed through the Intel, Risk, and Cognitive Directorates. This multi-lens approach identifies second and third-order effects that single-source analysis overlooks.
VALIDATION //
All synthesized data is subjected to internal validation. Information is cross-referenced against historical patterns and verified through independent tactical assets to ensure zero-point accuracy.
DISSEMINATION //
Final intelligence is delivered as a clinical specification. These outputs provide the precise data required for institutional decision-making and risk mitigation in asymmetric environments.

OPERATIONAL SUMMARY //
Syed Khalid Muhammad brings over three decades of global leadership to CommandEleven. His expertise in analysis, risk, and threat assessment is forged through direct battlefield engagement against the Tehreek-e-Taliban (TTP), Afghan Taliban, Haqqani Network and Islamic State Khorasan Province (ISKP).
SPECIALIZED THEATERS //
Directs institutional consultancy across regional conflicts, counter-intelligence, and cyber security. A pioneer in cognitive warfare, his work deconstructs the psychological terrain of modern conflict zones.
LITERARY ARCHIVE //
In addition to writing for numerous publications, he is also the author of Agency Rules: Never an Easy Day at the Office (2013). The work serves as a foundational fictionalization of the long-term regional destabilization following the Soviet-Afghan conflict.
The HUMINT foundation was forged during active militia operations against the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP). Under the leadership of Syed Khalid Muhammad, the unit executed kinetic and intelligence operations both independently and in coordination with the Pakistan Army to neutralize insurgent occupation.
